At Mint Pineapple Boutique, we want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable container, including the packing slip provided in the portal.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
